How to publish a blueprint template to iAd Workbench

Using iAd Producer 5.0 (5220) I have completed an iAd Blueprint project. I would like to publish the ad but I don't see any information on the workflow beyond uploading to the iAd server (which I have already done). Any thoughts on what should be happening next? I've also exported the assets but they seem to be sized differently than the assets needed for a custom iAd Workbench project. If anyone could clarify the workflow or if I've missed anything, please advise.
